The following paragraphs outline our Terms & Conditions, Terms of Sale:

Payment Methods:
Currently, we accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX & Discover. Your order will be sent after the payment has cleared.

Shipping:
We currently offer 1 method of shipment.
- UPS Ground or Fedex Ground (5-7 Business Days)
Order Fulfillment:

Orders are processed within 1-3 business day unless the product ordered is on backorder.

Back Orders:
Back order items will be automatically shipped when available. (Normally 4 – 6 business days)

Return Policy: IMPORTANT: Please Read Before Ordering.

All our products will be insured for shipping.

Please check the packing box and the product, immediately notify us and the delivery company if any damage has been done to the product.

No refund will be made for products that are used or not in resalable or damaged condition upon shipping and will only be determined by us or our appointed third party or shipping company.

Shipping is non-refundable. You will not receive credit for shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply to returned merchandise.

Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent to you.

We accept Merchandise Return for ONLY Defective item(s) which are not repairable or replaceable; Otherwise, All sales are Final.

Customer will be charged 30% of the item value as re-packaging & handling fee if any return item (s) appears not be defective which is only be determined by our professional personal or third party upon returned. All our Items are special order, No return for special order items and specified. Customer is responsible for shipping / handling cost to send the item back to us if return is authorized by us. We do not refund shipping & Handling cost, residential delivery, and other applicable cost associates with the purchase at any situation.
If any order is placed due to an error/ misunderstanding or any cancellation, return shipment are subject to 30% re-packaging & handling free as well as deduction of shipping cost for both ways. The deducted amount will be adjusted from your refund check. No exception will be made.


We warrant that your item will be shipped in brand new & full operating conditions. Factory defective products / parts cover manufacturer's parts warranty and we, CashCounterMachines.com, reserve the right to repair, replace, or exchange the defective part /item (s) within warranty period.

All approved return products must be in original box, well packaged, resalable and should include all the items shipped with the product. You will be charged for missing items.

All return products must accompanied with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which will be issued by us at the time of approval. Return must be made within 10 days from issuing RMA# by us. No COD return and without RMA# Return will be accepted and will ship back to you at your cost or you will be charged 30% as re-packing & handling fee.


For all approved return items, we will charge back to your credit card or send you refund check within 30 days of returning items to us as per our guideline.

Order Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancel the order within 24 hours.

2. Once an order has been shipped, it can't be cancelled.

3. Special Order Items can't be cancelled once they have been placed with the supplier.
